Free textbooks from Dr. Feldman, Dr. Rechnitzer, and Dr. Yeager of the UBC Department of Mathematics.
As of May 2018, the text and exercises for Multivariable Calculus are in active production. The other books are more-or-less complete.
If you spot a mistake in one of the books, please let us know.
Once initial development of the books is completed, they will be released under an open license.
The text and exercises are created using PreTeXt, which is used to create the online versions of the books as well as the LaTeX sources for the PDF versions.
The images for the text were produced using TikZ, Inkscape and some custom tools created Dr. Feldman.
We have style guides for writing and for graphics.
